With a focus on Women in Leadership, Liquid Learning recognises that traditional approaches to leadership can be static and insufficient when competing in an interconnected world. To be successful, you will need to be adaptable, innovative and resilient.
Our company focus is to ‘empower professionals to be better by connecting them with industry leaders, innovative game-changers and renowned experts to learn, network and be inspired’. We strive to bring these ideas to each of our conferences and workshops, with particular emphasis on providing women in all industries the opportunity to learn from each other and celebrate the achievements made by women in their chosen fields.
In 2017, we held over 30 women’s leadership conferences and workshops. 2018 is shaping up to be even more successful with over 20 Women in Leadership events scheduled for the coming months!
The incredible value of women in leadership roles cannot be denied and has long been celebrated by Liquid Learning as a fantastic opportunity to bring together women from all positions and industries across Australia and New Zealand - from women looking to step into management, through to women who are already senior executives to look at breaking down what it takes to be a successful leader.
Liquid Learning started 2018 off on an incredible start with the return of our incredibly popular Women in Leadership Summit which ran for the 22nd time in January!
As we celebrate International Women’s Day together, it's important to acknowledge achievements and work together on the challenges that women still face today as no matter the industry, organisations that are managed by diverse, inclusive leadership teams have been proven to achieve better results!
