A Lecturer in Public Policy at the University of Melbourne, Jeremiah draws on his PhD in Political Theory and deep expertise in administrative burden to explore how systems shape, and sometimes obstruct, access. His work connects policy design with lived experience, guiding future thinkers through the complexities of research and reform.
