About the workshop
Leading through change is an essential capability for leaders at all levels, particularly those in middle and senior management positions. This two-day workshop, specifically designed for AO7–AO8 employees within the Queensland Government, provides advanced tools and strategies to successfully lead through complex transitions and uncertainty.
