About the workshop
Microsoft Copilot Pro in Practice is a hands-on, government-ready workshop designed to help APS employees move beyond theory and confidently embed AI into their daily workflow. Through practical demonstrations, guided scenarios, and tailored APS examples, participants learn how Copilot Pro can streamline briefs, improve communication, surface insights from complex data, and reduce administrative burden, while still meeting the rigorous expectations of public service work.
Across the day, we explore exactly how Copilot Pro differs from enterprise-grade Copilot, what this means for APS environments, and how to navigate FOI, privacy, security and compliance requirements safely. Participants will work directly with real prompts, refine their technique, and build capability in drafting, analysis, reporting and presentation tasks that mirror everyday APS priorities.
