About the workshop
Ongoing changes in the Australian Public Service highlight the need for effective performance management to boost employee engagement and team productivity. It is increasingly important that officers and managers, who lead in the APS6 and EL1 bands, develop their skills tackling difficult conversations and proactively managing performance.
As an emerging leader, you must effectively bridge the gap between planning and action.
