Lisa Mason

Having worked almost her whole career for Caltex Australia, Lisa has gained deep experience in all aspects of the business. She has provided leadership, mentoring and coaching for people and teams in a broad range of roles with broad backgrounds and levels of experience. Lisa has recently completed a Diploma in Leadership Coaching in order to pursue a career as a Leadership Coach. Lisa’s special interest areas of coaching are leadership development for Engineers and HSEQ professionals and coaching support for women returning to work after Parental Leave break.
