Jane Smith

Jane has had a diverse career across strategy and business planning, operations and asset management, and is an experienced executive leader who delivers high performance and sustainable outcomes for business. She has led large diverse teams of over 250 members, led transformational change, and has expertise in organisational structure design, facilitation, and executive coaching. Jane has worked extensively in Energy in leadership roles for large organisations including Energy Queensland and Energex. 

Jane Works collaboratively with her clients to cultivate futures by connecting brain science with business. She is passionate about driving high performance through diverse workplaces.

Jane was a non-executive director at the Australian Power Institute. Jane is currently completing her Advanced Diploma in Neuroscience in Leadership, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
