Melissa is a psychologist and specialist in developing proactive interventions to enhance employee wellbeing. She draws on over a decade of experience working with the Australian Army, where she ran a military mental health unit supporting 1,200 soldiers. As the founder of the Parramatta Psychology Clinic, established in 2012, she provides EAP counseling with a focus on managing mental health in the workplace and fostering adaptability.
