Justin Partington

Justin has been involved in the delivery, management and oversight of projects and people for over 20 years, leading Enterprise Project Management Offices (EPO and PMO) and developing Project and Business Assurance to assess project and programme delivery, health, project governance and project reporting to support executive decision making and ensure projects realise benefits. This has been achieved whilst managing large and small portfolios of $350M across 400 projects. Tailoring Project methodologies to suit organisations and project complexity. One of the largest projects he led was recruiting, coaching and developing Project Management capability at Telecom NZ.
