Helen Rogers

Helen is a seasoned executive consultant with over 15 years in NSW Public Service, specialsing in strategic planning, policy development, and transformative program reform. Helen's journey through senior roles, from Department of Family and Community Services to Education and the Office of Communities, showcases her project delivery prowess at the Executive Director and Acting Deputy Secretary levels. Currently, a dedicated leadership consultant, Helen empowers people  with strategic insights and policy acumen. Her path began as a secondary school teacher, diversifying into non-government development and federal MP staff roles. Beyond her professional pursuits, she fuels community growth as a Jannawi Family Centre board member, and her commitment extends to hands-on volunteering at the Addison Road Community Centre.
