Fiona Maggs

Fiona boasts a track record of transforming FMCG businesses. She was a Sales Director at Unilever, Head of Beverages for one of Australia's largest coffee companies, MD for Lumaten Shopper research consultancy and held a variety of roles with Coca-Cola amatil across 17 years, where she earnt the inaugural Exceptional Leader award and co-founded the Embracing Difference Council. Fiona excels in identifying and building new growth pillars and building high performance teams. She now has her own business, Dial Consulting, where she focuses on what she loves, which is working with ambitious leaders to enable them to create the organisational results they demand, the culture they desire, and the career and personal worth they deserve. She runs programs in strategy and problems solving, sales and negotiations and leadership as well as being an executive coach for emerging leaders through to the C-suite.  She is also a fractional consultant with Expert-Fit, an amazing team of 45 experienced executives with over 1200 years experience in industry, providing pragmatic advice and interim expertise.
