Dr Tessa Bailey


Dr. Tessa Bailey, a registered psychologist, holds a PhD in worker psychological health and safety, earning the prestigious 2019 Ian Davey Award for her outstanding thesis at the University of South Australia. With expertise in human resource management, injury prevention, and injury management, Dr. Bailey served as a Research Fellow at UniSA, contributing to the Australian Workplace Barometer project. Passionate about applied practice, she founded The OPUS Centre for Psychosocial Risk, collaborating with industry partners to develop integrated workforce health and safety systems. As a consultant, Dr. Bailey empowers diverse organisations to create safe work environments that optimise both worker health and productivity.
