Murray Wu

Over 20 years’ experience in strategy execution and process improvement. Murray has worked as both a senior executive and a consultant with organisations in a wide range of sectors, including local and central government, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, science, not-for-profit and community services. A key part of his work is about using data and information to make good decisions. He enhances presentations with lessons from practical business experiences, such as the implementation of Kiwibank’s award-winning strategy execution system. Murray trained as a chemical engineer and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
