Leadership has been a constant in Sarah’s career - from the locker room, to the pitch and now into the boardroom. After representing Australia at the 2004 Olympics and the 2007 FIFA Women's World Cup - success for Sarah hasn't been limited to on the pitch. She is now part of the team bringing the Women's World Cup to Australia and New Zealand in 2023 as well as co-chair of the National indigenous Advisory Group. Though it hasn't been a traditional pathway to the boardroom, the lessons Sarah has learned will resonate with female leaders from a diverse range of roles.

Pre-2020 how many times have you found yourself in your colleagues home? For many leaders this was a boundary they would never cross until the introduction of virtual meetings. But with hybrid working the line between work and personal life has become increasingly blurred.
