Senior Customer Success Representative

We currently have an incredible opportunity for a motivated individual - an introduction to the world of business, events and professional development in Australia, with hands-on exposure with multiple operational units including Marketing, Business Development and Events Delivery! 

What’s the role?
  • Managing all aspects of the Customer Service team
  • Responsible for all customer service enquiries and delegate administration
  • Providing outstanding service to existing and new customers
  • Warm lead conversion from marketing activities
  • Communicating, promoting and selling professional development opportunities to new and existing customers
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Leading, coaching and developing CS team to provide a high quality customer service experience 
  • Conducting high-level conversations to senior executives over the phone
  • Leverage existing relationships and develop new prospects through effective lead generation
  • Manage all key metrics and reporting for the CS team to ensure optimal performance

  • Previous experience In Customer Service favourable
