What’s the role?
- Management of the end-to-end recruitment process from job briefing, screening, interviews, offer management, reference checking and reporting
- Writing and posting engaging job advertisements on different recruitment platforms
- Conduct phone and face to face interviews with candidates
- Generating job requirements and job descriptions in accordance with hiring needs
- Deliver timely administration, reporting and support, maintaining HR records and system database
- Strategic sourcing via LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, networking and effective talent pipeline management
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through timely follow up, high quality communication throughout the interview lifecycle from initial contact to start date
- You are determined and motivated, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- You are detail oriented and a strong communicator
- You have a great ability to work autonomously
- You have exceptional time management skills
