What’s the role?

• Management of the end-to-end recruitment process from job briefing, screening, interviews, offer management, reference checking and reporting
• Writing and posting engaging job advertisements on different recruitment platforms
• Conduct phone and face to face interviews with candidates
• Generating job requirements and job descriptions in accordance with hiring needs
• Deliver timely administration, reporting and support, maintaining HR records and system database
• Strategic sourcing via LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, networking and effective talent pipeline management
• Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through timely follow up, high quality communication throughout the interview lifecycle from initial contact to start date
