Who You Are
  
You are a commercially minded but people focused HR & Talent Acquisition professional. You will have a relatable communication style and a natural ability to engage positively and communicate with people across all levels of the business.
  
  
What You Will Be Doing
  
With demonstrated experience recruiting across a busy, dynamic organisation, you will bring with you a strong track record of successful talent acquisition into a variety of internal roles.
  
Reporting directly to the COO, This is an incredible, hands-on opportunity to support the strategic growth of the business.  Partnering with the organisation's managers to provide advice and guidance for best practice across all the HR, Recruitment and Employee Relations needs of the business.
  
Duties :
  
Talent Acquisition
  
  • Internal recruitment consultation with hiring managers to create job briefs
  • Sourcing candidates via Seek ads, LinkedIn headhunting, facebook and internal employee referral program etc
  • Screening candidates via CV’s and phone screening questions
  • Scheduling of interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Candidate assessment through assessment centres and individualised interviews
  • Designing assessment interview questions, tests, activities & assessment centre process
  • Conducting interviews and completing reference checks
  • Candidate offer management
  • Manage full Onboarding of new employees
  • ATS (Jobadder) Management 
  • Maintaining an accurate ongoing report of all open positions
  
People & Culture
  
  • Enhance Employee satisfaction by introducing relevant Engagement initiatives
  • Enhance Learning & Development opportunities across the organisation
  • Provide HR counsel and support to employees and managers across all levels & resolving issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Work and OHS obligations
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Advise on and participate in performance management actions
  • Arranging organisational social events from Christmas parties to Monthly celebrations
