Partnership Executive


Looking for a Partnership Executive who will be responsible for engaging and negotiating with partners to secure win-win opportunities.

Based in the heart of Sydney CBD we are one of Australia’s leading events organisations specializing in leadership and technical conferences and training workshops.

Responsible for engaging and negotiating with partners to secure win-win opportunities. Working with the marketing and production team to develop, execute and evaluate partner channel marketing plans across allocated events. Maximise revenue and exposure through partner and advertising channels.

Main responsibilities:
  • Researching media use and association membership of target audiences for conferences and training
  • Developing a partner / channel plan for each event
  • Develop, manage and maintain database of supporters and media partners
  • Expanding the client base of partners, associations and supporters through meetings
  • Optimising new and existing partner channels to build market reach and brand awareness in key sectors
  • Establishing profitable win-win partnerships with partners 
  • Monitoring and measuring performance/effectiveness of partnerships ongoing
  • Maintain relationships with marketing partners
  • Maintain relationships with industry associations
  • Manage and develop new incentives/benefits for partners
  • Event placement in websites, publications, newsletters, and other channels (online & offline marketing)
  • Maintaining Relationships with key industry associations
  • Managing partnerships to ensure all deliverables are met
  • Reporting and Tracking on past and existing external advertisements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content, copy or other collateral for partnerships
  • Manage deadlines and deliverables

  • Capacity to learn and retain processes quickly
  • Proactive - identify opportunities to streamline processes 
  • Computer literate with high proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  •  Familiar with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen 
Key Performance Indicators
  • Revenue Growth through external promotions
  • 20 unique partner Opportunities per week, consisting of 15 new partners
  • 20 confirmed unique partners per month
Education:
Tertiary degree or related experience
