Marketing assistants have the opportunity to work within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team within our Marketing department.
You will also have the opportunity to assist our Events team with our conferences in Auckland and Wellington.

What you will be doing as a Marketing Assistant:

Be involved with improving the effectiveness and accuracy of our marketing campaigns through duties that include:
  • Internet research to build prospects for our new event concepts
  • Data entry
  • Working on a variety of marketing campaigns to improve CRM quality
  • Expanding and verifying existing lists of relevant contacts
  • Supporting greater marketing team
  • Support the Events team with administration and onsite event management.
What you need to apply for the Marketing Assistant:

The successful candidate will be a savvy operator, problem solver, great communicator and hard worker with a hunger for development. In addition, you will need to be:
  • Reliable
  • Deadline driven
  • Able to process information with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently
  • A recent graduate with full time availability (Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 5:30)
