We currently have an incredible opportunity for an experienced sales leader to join our leadership team! Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Director is pivotal in driving the business development strategy and building upon our established, high performing sales team.

The perfect candidate thrives on delivering results, is an experienced manager and a confident motivator. You have the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels to deliver exceptional customer and commercial outcomes.

As a leader in the business you will be empowered to recruit and develop a multi layered salesforce using our highly refined and proven sales methodology to drive results and the continued success of our brand.

Who are you?
  • You have experience leading a high performing team and experience of working in a dynamic sales environment
  • You have a distinct ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
  • You are commercially astute and have experience of structured deal making and negotiation
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, strategic thinking and commercial acumen
  • Proven track record in sales team skills development and team performance, with a passion for people leadership
What’s the role?
  • Build and drive high performance culture in the Sales teams focused on sales excellence and ensuring the delivery of key performance objectives
  • Lead the training and coaching initiatives for the Sales team
  • Nurture talent and develop sales management capability
  • Drive the growth of the Sales team to expand across multiple regions
  • Analyse market information, identify and meet new prospects, create sales plans and strategies
  • Build and maintaining strong, long-lasting stakeholder and customer relationships
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
