We are currently looking for a Finance & Admin Lead to lead our Finance function. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement processes, partnering with the broader business to drive performance and efficiencies, while setting up robust processes that will enable substantial growth.

What’s the role?
  • Oversight and management of all aspects of the finance and administrative functions - including accounts payable/receivable and payroll
  • Oversight of the month-end financial reporting process including KPI reporting, Balance Sheet reconciliations, cost centre reporting and production of the P&L statements
  • Support the CEO and COO in the development of annual budgeting and business planning
  • Preparation of the annual statutory accounts and managing audit submitting taxation returns
  • Oversight of financial reporting systems and processes to ensure accurate and reliable recording of transactions
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance through by identifying system improvements, cost savings, waste and analysing potential opportunities
  • Manage Accounts Receivable to ensure unbilled revenue and debtors are kept within agreed limits, and that billing is in accordance with existing contracts
  • Efficient management and continuous improvement of Accounts Payable processes
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness and structure of accounting, client and vendor data
  • Work closely with the HR function to ensure accuracy of employee data
  • Provide timely admin team support to executive and management teams suppliers and customers.
  • Manage payroll system
Who are you?
  • You have a distinct ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • You have strong knowledge and experience in governance, audit, taxation, reporting, treasury, ERP and risk management
  • You are CA/CPA qualified
  • You are a problem solver and solution finder
  • You are detail oriented and a strong communicator
  • You have a great ability to work autonomously
