Helping coordinate over 300 events per year virtually and F2F this is a fast paced and exciting role where you will be the face of the event!

About Us

Based in the heart of Sydney CBD we are one of Australia’s leading events organisations.  

Offering vibrant virtual and face to face leadership conferences and training, we run over 300 events per year and engage thousands of leaders from organisations such as Qantas, Commonwealth Bank, NSW Government, Telstra, Optus and many more.

About You

You are an experienced Event Coordinator with proven success in managing multiple events, a busy schedule and multiple stakeholders. You are a bit of a computer wizz and you know your way around the Zoom platform.

You are a pro at juggling priorities and managing your time, sometimes working toward tight deadlines.  You don't mind when the pressure is on now and again as this won't result in you losing your attention to detail or lower the quality of your work.

You are ‘customer first’ and love to help people. You will bring a passion for event management, energy and enthusiasm to the role.  You enjoy problem soling and most importantly you are a team player who thrives when collaborating with other departments of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the operations and management of virtual events and webinars
  • Manage multiple event calendars and meet all deadlines throughout the year
  • Ensure event Speakers and attendees receive outstanding customer service pre, during and post-event
  • Coordinating logistical and operational requirements for your designated event.
  • Utilise Salesforce for administration and reporting on event attendance, budgeting and invoicing
  • On site – handling registrations, catering requirements, audio visual requirements
  • Coordinating with venues and suppliers
  • Contract Management
  • Occasional travel to event
