If you are an experienced, vibrant and outgoing Customer Service Representative who loves providing 5 star customer service, then this role is for you! 

The role:
  • Being the point of contact for our customers and building strong relationships with our customers 
  • Responsible for all customer service enquiries and delegate administration
  • Upselling our products to suit the needs of our customers 
  • Delivering exceptional customer service pre, during and post event 
  • Being a point of escalation for customer complaints and offering solutions that suit their needs
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements 
  • Assisting the Finance team with accounts payable
About you: 
  • Experience working in client success or customer service is preferred
  • You are eager to learn, have a good attitude and want to be a part of something bigger and care about what you do
  • You are detail oriented and a strong communicator that works well both individually and in a team
  • You are determined and motivated, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Non-negotiables are that you are highly organised, have good time management and are deadline driven.
