About the role

As a part of the rapidly growing Digital and Client Success Team you will be our Client Success Executive responsible for providing 1st point customer service and promote, sell and secure sales from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

What will I be doing?
  • Be a part of a high energy and motivated team (really we're more like a family)
  • Answer and attend to all incoming customer calls and e-mail enquiries
  • Identify when customer requires escalation and refer to senior team members
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Promote, upsell and secure sales
  • Generate revenue through existing customers through a relationship-based approach
  • Use of CRM (Salesforce) to log all communications and create pipelines
  • General administration and accounting support
  • Complete supporting paperwork and data entry as required
  • Manage registration processes and customer journey
  • Be supported by highly trained professionals from your first day, with ongoing support and regular training sessions to equip you with everything you need to succeed
About you

Ideally, you have 1-2 years' experience in a similar customer service role, demonstrating;
  • Clerical and administration experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly developed verbal, written and telephone communications skills
  • Experience dealing with customers from a variety of backgrounds
  • Intermediate or above computer skills (experience working with Salesforce is an advantage)
  • Experience working within a deadline and KPI based environment
  • A "work hard" attitude - our team are experts on the "play hard" side
  • Personality, we want outgoing, upbeat, great banter
  • Desire to improve and "be better" each day
