Concierge


The primary goal of the Market Access Concierge is to work directly with “vendors” - providers of products and services that are relevant and useful to the audience/speakers at our conferences.


We offer these vendors a way to increase sales, propagate brand awareness, and be seen as industry experts (through speaking on topics pertinent to the audience) and network with new and existing clients.


This is achieved by tailoring packages that lead to any or all of these outcomes.


The deliverable products and services from these partnerships are diverse and often personalised, so the concierge is required to work with a range of internal stakeholders and departments to ensure that Liquid Learning meet all of their contractual obligations and to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Day to day tasks involve (but may not be limited to)

 

  • Coordinate with Sponsorship Sales team or Partnerships to receive all new contracts and agreements
  • Create a “road map” checklist for each contract complete with timelines for deliverables and share with all internal stakeholders
  • Diarised tasks need to be followed up on to ensure they have been completed
  • Regular communication with external stakeholders and partners requires a professional and business-like communication style
  • Researching the decision makers within the vendor companies and identifying who they need to approach. Creation of a lead list to call.
  • Working with sponsors to prepare them for events and maximise the value they get from the event (sales coaching, etc)
  • Attending events to support sponsor clients and partners
  • All activity must be logged within the “Salesforce” CRM system
  • Regular reporting of personal performance
  • Continually pursue personal development outside of the in-house training 
  • Bring a positive, motivational attitude to all things
