Liquid Learning is looking for a driven and energetic sales executive who is looking to take the next step in their career. They will work with Business Development Executives to execute a successful sales
campaign for every assigned event.

Competencies:
  • Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills 
  • Demonstrable excellent research and analytical skills
  • Confident and competent phone manner
  • Experience in sales
  • Commercial acumen
  • Knowledge of Government, Corporate & Higher Education sector
  • Time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of larger team
  • Ability to work independently on each event
  • Ability to work with other departments to ensure project success
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Key Result areas:
  • Maximise delegate attendance across Conference portfolio
  • Follow up all leads and generate revenue by finalising bookings
  • Maintain service for a minimum of 1 Conference Business Development Executive
  • Appropriate mentoring and support of Business Development Executives
  • Accurate maintenance of Customer Relationship Management database, including increase fresh leads for each event
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Individual sales revenue exceeds $75000 per month
  • Revenue derived from BDEs exceeds $35 000 per rep each Month
  • Complete a minimum of 20 call backs each week per BDE
  • Minimum 25 new relevant contacts at Top Management or Senior Management Level added per week
  • Personal KPIs - 10 Hours Phone Time, 25 Quality Score, 50 Call Backs (discounted by 10% for each sales member up to a maximum of 30%)
